Purchased a 10.1" FWIN232 PLUS Tablet PC in Jan 2025 from Fusion5 Amazon store. In tandem I also purchased a compatible docking tablet direct from Fusion5 website. Upon being pushed for a positive Amazon review and while registering for 12 months Warranty, x1 of the FREE gifts offered was a docking keyboard. The Docking keyboard is priced at £44.99 on their www. Think I was hoodwinked there! Additionally, after 3 months ownership I've noticed when Tablet/docking keyboard are coupled/closed friction has caused the keyboard keys to begin scratching the surface of the display. To be honest, the quality of the keyboard is not the best and is unforgiving. Certainly not worth £44.99. As mentioned above, I have a registered warranty. But!, Do I think Fusion5 will entertain it!! My experience says no.Over to you Fusion 5.
