They are great and finding you a deal with a supplier but once you have signed up there service is zero. We are a small club and were signed up via FfB with British Gas on a 3 year contract in August 2024. In Feb 2025 we had solar panels installed and applied via FfB for a SEG account with British Gas. Nothing happened as a change in personnel meant that our application was lost. Emails and phone calls were unanswered. Eventually in October2025 we managed to get hold of Chris Race who was full of promises, assurances but no results. Even then we were continually chasing up by email and phone calls. In the end we submitted a complaint to Lisa Harper who was more interested in protecting their company than resolving the problem. She became very personal and quite insulting. In the end we terminated our relationship with them and went direct to British Gas!
