Completely heartbroken over this experience.

I am completely heartbroken over this experience. I spent a significant amount on coins and dedicated hours to the transfer market as per the instructions. Just when I was 35% into the process and had gathered 2 million coins, I was unexpectedly kicked out of the platform. Upon logging back in, all my coins had vanished. I haven't received any response from the support team yet, and I'm truly disheartened. Update 1: So far, the chat with the operator has been unhelpful; their replies are slow, and I'm struggling to get any resolution. I really hope this can be sorted out. I followed all their guidelines meticulously. Once I reached 2 million, all my funds, including the 300k I had before, disappeared. I'm extremely frustrated. I wish they would manage this situation better; I deeply regret this decision, as it feels like it's not worth the hassle at all. Update 2: They finally replied, reviewed my account, and granted me in-platform credits to reattempt my full order in 72 hours, allowing me to process part of my order every few days. If this attempt is successful, I will provide an update. If not, I may lose my account. For now, I'm cautiously optimistic about how they are handling this, but I’m still very anxious. This is a genuine review to help others avoid making the same mistakes.
