I ordered three soccer jerseys as a Father’s Day gift well in advance, but the company failed to deliver. The package was over 45 days late. To make matters worse, when it finally showed as delivered, it had been stolen—likely due to the huge delay. I contacted customer service expecting assistance, but they refused to reship, refund, or compensate me. Now, I'm out both the money and the jerseys. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability. I won’t be ordering from them again.
