I ordered a shirt and the shirt came with its faults and i contacted the team, to which they replied quite fast which was a plus. I asked for a replacement or refund. I was then told to cut up the shirt and send them a video of me doing so??? Outrageous and poor customer service as opposed to it's competitors...
