The piece of furniture, a Murphy cube cabinet bed, is beautiful. It was easy to put together, and is solid looking. The mistress is ok at best, but we plan to have a topper for it anyway. As for delivery, that left a bit to be desired. I was told on the phone that the delivery service would carry the item up one flight of stairs*. Why the asterisk? Because apparently a “flight” of stairs is a max of 7. And then $20 a stair after that. Or you can pay the movers under the table. Their words. Assuming a USA standard of 11” per stair, that only gets you to 77” off the ground. The absolute MINIMUM you can get to for a second floor is 96”. So... “one flight” is laughable. Fortunately, this piece wasn’t so heavy that I couldn’t get it upstairs with the help of my wife.
