Honestly, I initially had a bad experience. I ordered a futon cover and my washer wrecked it (if you wash it stick in in a washer bag TRUST ME), and then I had to order and pay for another cover. Well the second one I ordered was not the same color as the original one. I called in and had a horrible experience with someone on the phone. To the dude I talked to, you are in customer service what is your issue!? Please at least wait until I finish talking to try and solve my issue, instead of trying to fix my problem before you know what it is. Anyway, I ended up emailing customer service (highly recommend just emailing) and that is when I was placed in contact with Meghan. She alone is the reason I am rating them 5 stars instead of 1 star. She made me feel heard, was responsive, and helped me fixed my issue! She had me send back the wrecked cover and the one that didn't match. Then she proceeded to match the color and send me samples so I could pick which one I wanted. I would be happy to use this company again knowing I can contact Meghan if anything goes wrong.
