After ordering and paying several health supplements for a customer, I wanted to add one more, but without paying extra shipping costs, so I called the Greek phone number shown in the seemingly local (.gr = Greek) website. Even though this was during the supposed buisiness hours of the company the answer-machine started. I tried several times but no human on the other end to respond. Than I checked the company details and saw, that it is NOT based in Greece, as the browser-name and the whole nicely made site in Greek language implies, but in Slowenia!I never buy from web-shops from abroad, simply because it takes too long for shipping and always brings problems, if a product is not as described, faulty or whatsoever.It is also important to remarque, that after the purchase there was NO auto-reply with an order-confirmation, nothing which was a little suspicious, at least non-professional! That's when I hitthe company name and in Greek "fraud", so I came accross numerous unpleasant data, just like here on Trustpilot, which is a great place to check!If 61% are 1* ratings with a lot of remarques to "avoid", "criminals", "never ever got anything", not "the labeled product inside the package", "bottles not sealed" etc. and only very few 5* ratings, which mostlikely are staged ones with no real data, than you don't want to have anything to do with that kind of company!So, thank God I had paid with paypal, this way I could imidiately file a dispute and thus got instantly my money back (from paypal), while they were about to contact and find a solution with the company. As I still had not gotten anything via email (even till the next morning!), I sent the company via their contact sheet an order cancellation. They replied the next day and a few hours later I received a cancellation confirmation. Now I hope the money will be transferred back to paypal, so that the story will be closed smoothly!Even though the email answer was quite quick, for me it is a no-go to have a web-presence implying to be as a company in your country, just in order to get more customers! Considering also the countless 1* reports here, I cannot but warn anybody from buying anything from this company.
