I recently completed my gym instructor practical assessment, and I was assessed by Stuart Curran. He was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. Before we began, he clearly guided me through the procedure, which immediately helped ease my nerves. During the induction, he was mindful in giving both myself and my participant appropriate space. This made the experience feel natural and realistic , more like conducting a genuine client induction rather than completing an assessment. At the end, he provided detailed and constructive feedback, explaining what I did well and giving me helpful suggestions on how I could further enhance my induction to deliver an even better customer experience. Overall, it was a very positive and encouraging assessment experience.
