Useful online material to study with videos. Ben Finning our instructor on Saturday 7th March was brilliant! Very professional, polite, respectful and his demonstration and teachings was very focused and precise with lots of patience as we were beginners. The venue was poor (wasn’t Ben’s fault ) FUTURE FIT needs to allocate a closed room for these type of courses, too noisy and cramped.
Would use Future fit again if Ben was the instructor but only if the gym/room was vastly improved
