Future Kind has shipped my order to the wrong address twice now. I have updated my address in the app multiple times, and have contacted customer service. They said they would replace the order. They did not. I asked for a refund for the current order, they will not provide a refund saying I will receive the order. I won't. It's being shipped to an address I haven't lived in 15 years. I cancelled my subscription. Terrible customer service.
