UPDATE: I originally gave 1 star because of the reasons below. I am updating it to 4 stars because they did end up refunding me for all of the mistaken shipping costs and sent me a gift card equal to the amount of my last order. That is a great customer service response, but I am keeping a star because I don't feel like they would have done this if I didn't make a big fuss about it online. I left about 23 bad reviews identical to this one a few hours ago, and I'm going to update them all as well because I do appreciate that the problem was resolved. I still do not intend to return as a customer, but I never had a problem with their vitamins and their company is trying to do good.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This rating is because of their customer service, and I would give no stars if I could. I've been a customer of theirs for years, and I have had a subscription renew every month. Shipping is supposed to be free for orders over $69, and my orders were $100+. I realized that I've been charged for shipping the last 10 times, which comes to a total of $69.50 in shipping costs for orders that exceeded the free shipping limit. I contacted them to ask if I could get a credit for the cost of shipping that should not have been charged in the first place, so I could put it towards my future orders, and they would not do that. I then said I want the shipping for those orders to be refunded, and they only refunded one of them. I was still overcharged $62.55 and they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm incredibly disappointed, lost money, and now have to find a new company who takes responsibility for their mistakes.
