I've been going to Fuzzy's on and off…

I've been going to Fuzzy's on and off the past 8 years. It's a staple here in the DFW Metroplex with a decent amount of locations sprinkled throughout. Their food is pretty good but a tad pricey. Just a couple of issues about the brand for me written below. This issue was all precipitated when I downloaded their app (in all fairness it has since been completely redone in September 2019). The app worked for a few visits as I accrued points. On independence day this year, they offered me free queso and chips. Those who are not lactose intolerant can't say no to that. I made an order on the app for pickup. Made the to go pickup and asked them about the free queso and chips. They admitted that the app was not working and that they couldn't give me the deal. The resolution provided by the manager was for me to call their corporate office for a code for this advertisement that spurred a purchase. We all know that the thing to do there would've been to hand me the chips and queso. So I left and brushed it off. Then I get home hungry -and without queso :-)- with my order and it was made wrong and shorted two tacos in a larger order. Upon calling the staff to report that the queso-less guy also had his order made wrong and shorted, so their solution was for me to get back in the car and they would get me two tacos that they missed. Or if that's not good, they would write my name down for the next time. Is that Fuzzy's philosophy on handling compounded food mistakes? Later that afternoon, I wrote their corporate and never heard back. Not even an acknowledgement of my gripe. Hmmm... I think I used the app to send the complaint experience now. So yes, I guess they never got it. Oh well. Two stars it is. Haven't ate at Fuzzy's since because it seemed they could care less.
