Caution: This broker is not trustworthy. I urge everyone to avoid investing with this broker as they have taken my money and suspended my accounts based on a false claim of arbitrage. My trading experience over the past two months was mostly smooth, aside from the poor and inaccurate responses from the support team. Recently, my so-called account manager, who would occasionally call me, turned out to be quite deceptive. I lost £592 from my trading account without justification. Overall, I’ve lost over £2000 with this broker, and they are unresponsive regarding refunds. I have reported this to the relevant authorities and will ensure that those responsible are held accountable.
