Then in January 2024, a new representative began reaching out regularly, showing patience as I was new to finance. My account grew quickly, and I decided to withdraw some funds, as advised. However, I was charged 8% for the withdrawal, and a mistake occurred that required me to double my payment. After losing contact with my supportive representative, I was assigned a rude individual who had no patience. I was informed that my funds were in a cryptocurrency account awaiting conversion, but I had to pay a substantial fee first. After paying it, I was told my funds were handled illegally, and I was fined 1,500€. I stopped paying and now find myself in debt instead of having savings for emergencies, which I desperately need due to a serious illness. Essentially, this experience has been detrimental to my life.
