I follow their rules to the letter, trading primarily during the London session to avoid exposure to news events. Despite this, they alleged that I violated a "high impact news" restriction.
After consulting several reliable economic calendars, there were no high impact events occurring at the time of my trades.
They hide behind an ambiguous clause that allows them to subjectively decide what constitutes "high impact," even when there is no objective data to support such a claim.
The result: They cut my payout by 50% and issued me a warning a warning that will likely serve as the pretext to eventually remove me from the firm.
This is not a transparent evaluation of trading activity, but rather a discretionary application of the rules.
EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TRADING WITH THIS FIRM. Months ago, they removed me from the firm, alleging that I had executed a trade during a news event; however, it was not I who had placed the trade it had been opened from a different server. After I submitted irrefutable evidence, they acknowledged it was an error and reinstated my account. Now, this is happening all over again. This constant issue regarding news events creates immense tension and stress; trading with them is nearly impossible, and they use "high impact news" as a pretext to deny payouts or remove traders from their prop firm. This is a recurring pattern with this company; if you don't believe me, just look at the reasons behind their negative reviews, and you will see exactly what I am talking about.
