Their support is worthless, even though I have contacted them several times. The support Operates in a timezone far, far away, Philippines, they said. They say my payment went to another account and it seems to have disappeared. They can't or don't rectify this situation. Initially I followed the registration instructions online with their support person to ensure it was done "correctly" and no matter how many times I have contacted them, it is to no avail. I set up a meeting every day until this is resolved, but only one meeting has occured. (today they cancelled the meeting). I have reqeusted a refund, which was guaranteed, but they do not send it.
