There isn't any option available for you to do that.Thus, have to open a support ticket and write in.However, they are not responding to your support ticket either.Still figuring out how to cancel my plan.I should have read the reviews here before signing up my plans. Apparently many others also received poor support.I wonder if those good reviews are written by themselves.
