They claim 24 hours service.6 Hours have passed and still no VPN setup.The email sent, says setup is usually between 10-20mins.I have sent many chats and no one has answered as after a while the chat automatically closes, so I have to open another one.I have also submitted a ticket with no reply.Beware of this company for their communication as it strongly lacks.UPDATE:At around 8 hours I received the VPN but they didn't set up the terminal files I needed.9.5 hours later finally I got onto someone, but they said to open a support ticket and at 10.5 hrs still nothing.I had to set up the program files myself.This is very poor support.
