Terrible customer service with weak response... terminate my account so many times stating that i do not make any payment. i have check my account and show them the proof that money has already been deducted. Giving so many excuses/reason to backup their terrible server (not able to connect remote server). i would not recommend this server to anyone, it is lag and their uptime is so terrible. Right now i am waiting for their response for my ticcket and i have waited for days!!! all the agents are tied up almost every hour.. this show that there is alot of issue at their end..
