We were getting duplicate leads from different forms, and this has helped cut that down and keep our CRM more organized. It’s been fairly easy to manage and doesn’t require much ongoing attention. I do think it would be helpful to have a clearer explanation of why records are matched and merged, just for better visibility. Overall though, it’s been a solid improvement for our process.
