Wife's absolutely perfect but mine came with plain glass even though I provided a prescription!!
Have contacted them via email 3 times, rang the number and left a voicemail as requested and also contacted them on FB messenger. Only reply I have received is on messenger asking me to check my junk folder!!
I have now had to send my new glasses to another company in the UK to hopefully have prescription lenses fitted at my own extra expense.
