This is for Caliber Home Solutions from the start my sales rep show up on time. Jet which is his name, came prepared and explained everything in detail. Had samples and comparable examples of other products. He was not pushy in his sales approach which made it nice. He was very professional. Very good salesperson.
Theu kept me informed during the product ordering and then we scheduled an install date. Mark was the install tech and he did a very good job. Quality workmanship and paid attention to every detail. And he also was on time evert day it was a two day tear out and install. I was very happy with the finale product both the quality of the product and the excellent workman ship. Whitney in the office was a great help making this review possible and the system was having problems. So I would like to thank the whole Caliber team as the job was well done.
