Our first night was rough as our heat in the room was inadequate with ice cold floors and a high temperature of 60 F in the room. I thought that the staff of the hotel were very helpful in accommodating us to a new room and made several visits to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely book a room here again. The full kitchen was nice
