Update: I reached out to support to resolve the issues and they either ignored me or sent me a scripted response. --------They use incentives to lure you in to leaving reviews and then don't follow through on the promise. Customer service is unresponsive. As a registered user you are unable to delete your own reviews. The process for leaving a review is complicated and time-consuming.
