Deceitful company. I was charged a parking ticket for staying longer than I should have in a public carpark. I did not realise this had occurred until 6 weeks later when I was sent a 'final notice' letter demanding I pay a £100 fine. I did not receive any initial letter or correspondence from this company alerting me to the parking fine or requesting the initial fee be paid of £60. If I had received it, I would have been happy to pay the fine promptly since it was my error, but I did not receive any such communication. I contacted G24 to appeal this and this was declined. Since I have no way to prove that they did not send any initial correspondence other than my word against theirs, I have no choice but to pay for their incompetence.
