Dishonest Company! I purchased a gamer profile that was supposed to include a specific game. They didn’t provide the game at all! Just the profile, and they keep lying about refunding my money. After sending numerous proofs, they claim I used the wrong profile. It's all lies! I will escalate this to the payment service and file a police report.
