Terrible experience! I bought a CD key that had already been used three days prior. Support is non-existent; they haven't answered my questions in over 48 hours. The seller keeps making excuses to prolong the issue. Despite providing all necessary confirmations, they focus on trivial matters while ignoring the fact that the key was used before my purchase. I’m done with this site and will warn others to avoid it.
