Ludovico Tartaglia is a superb kindly funny and helpful estate agent. I bought a second property in Italy from him and the experience was wonderful and in stark contrast to my experience of buying the first from Abruzzo Rural Property. At each stage not only did Ludovico explain each rationale but gave useful advice and found lateral solutions to the problems that arose. He was very honest about the condition of the property( unlike my previous - where they only mentioned the neighbours right of way through my garden on day of signing and lied re number of bedrooms and gave paltry after sales service despite promises) ludovico helped well beyond his remit to ensure, amongst other aids the connections of gas,electricity, water and advised re annual property tax. If you give medals or bonuses to staff or franchisees I nominate Ludovico for both . JC
