I am very unsatisfied with my experience with Gadget4Entertainment and would not recommend them.I ordered 4 items well in advance as Christmas presents, but the delivery took over 5 weeks. The order did not arrive until more than a week into January, completely missing the purpose of the purchase. During this time, I emailed the company more than five times asking for delivery updates and received no response at all.When the order finally arrived, one item was missing. I only received 3 out of the 4 items I paid for. I contacted them again, and they said they would only refund the missing item. I explained that I did not want a refund and simply wanted the item I originally ordered. They refused and then began giving inconsistent and untrue explanations.Between the extremely delayed delivery, lack of communication, missing item, and poor handling of the issue, this has been a very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
