At the time, I was expecting a parcel, so I paid. However, it turned out that the payment was for a membership to your site, which I didn't realize until a few days later. I emailed to cancel my membership, but your site had already withdrawn some money from my account before I canceled it. This is not an honest way to obtain memberships, and I will be filing a complaint about this
