Complete rip-off site. Have no idea how I “became a member” and discovered when I was checking my credit card statement that I was paying them 63€ every 14 days. Immediately cancelled my membership but thought I might as well get some items for what I had spent: 63€ x 4, though their “discounted” items are sub-par and you can find them for less in just one Google search. Then discovered that I didn’t have 252€ available to spend, as I was expecting, but only 63, because the payments you make are only “valid” for a short space of time. If you don’t redeem them right away, the money just disappears and is not longer available to you. Total scam. Do not go anywhere near this company.Update December 2023: almost a year after this awful experience customer support contacted me promising a reimbursement if I improved my rating, so here goes. Will update if the they deliver.Second update. Now the company has contacted me offering me money - 200 EUR - if I delete this review. Which would completely discredit and invalidate the purpose of a site like Trustpilot. In practice it completely distorts the review system if companies can buy the silence of customers. This company is even worse than I first thought. Stay away from them!
