I wouldn't use again

I wouldn't use again. I sent my Samsung S5 at an offer of £28 there was a tiny crack on back cover through wear & tear as you can take battery out and replace (I also sent them a spare battery for it & it was boxed in original box) but phoned works perfectly and lokked pristine. I was only selling due to upgrade. Plus the fact they advertised free returns. So I assumed even with this tiny crack my phone was perfect working order and if I did refuse their offer I could get free returns right, win win....WRONG!!! So they did send a revised offer regarding the crack and seemingly a dark spot on screen and missing charge cover, both of these things were news to me, as I said been using the phone right up to sending. Anyway revised offer of £4 I decided that for £4 I'd rather keep my phone as a spare so requested return as assuming its free, as stated and I have a screenshot of offer of £28 and free returns only told be told that because there was a discrepancy I would have to pay return costs at £5 to have my phone returned as in their terms & conditions. BEWARE this is not clear and you have to scroll through pages before you find this information in small letters although free returns is advertised upfront with their first offer. I am now left feeling duped and still waiting to hear back from them as, also in their terms & condition, it states you can organise returns yourself. I wish to use my Hermes at half the price but it doesn't give you options or advice on regarding getting this information to them so I have emailed and sent message on their page asking for this.All in all not a great experience so if using get your lawyer to go through the pages of T& Cs first as it is NOT free returns if you do not wish to take their revised offer.
