I ordered two long linen dresses with a crossover v neck in multicolor. Instead, I received two unrelated short high neck tunic tops that I would never wear. I paid $98 for 2 items, and they were polyester. I contacted them and was offered a $9 refund! They later offered me a $12 refund, claiming it would be costly to return the unordered items, so I should just accept the $12 refund! No explanation as to why my linen dresses were not sent. No apology.
