Recruiter was very knowledgeable and informative, had the right connections, was open to me outlining which companies I had in mind to work for because of which options did/did not align with my values.
I was in contact with Gaia every step of the way, which was very reassuring and helpful, however, one drawback is that not every phone call with the recruiter would be scheduled or given advance notice. This meant there were a few times I was in the office of my previous current workplace (or on the bus commuting) into the office, getting calls on my phone to discuss options, next steps, next round interviews which was not something you can openly discuss on the phone while trying to leave a place. If I declined the call or didn't answer, I would be called back immediately. I think an email or a text in advance would help things be a bit smoother.
