In response to my last review, they stated: 'We understand your concern, but this is not an exit scam. The platform is fully operated by a U.S.-based company, compliant with sweepstakes regulations. Your account was closed after confirming a violation of our rules regarding accounts per person and device. Our compliance decisions are final once verified. No player funds were withheld, only ineligible accounts were restricted.' While I understand their policy, it seems excessively strict compared to other casinos. What's worse is the automated responses from their support. A personal email would have changed my perspective. They've been blacklisted in a large community dedicated to casino promotions due to their poor communication.
