I ordered weeks before Christmas. An email claimed it was delivered, but it wasn't. After days, I got an email saying it was never shipped. I asked if it would arrive in time for the kids, but got no reply. When I requested a refund, I was told 'no refunds.' This company is awful; I feel completely cheated.
