If I could give a negative score, I would. I attempted to order socks but ended up with an additional charge at checkout without the option to review my basket. I contacted the company immediately to amend my order, but by the time they responded, it was too late. I received only the extra item, not what I wanted. I was told I would need to pay to return the unwanted item, and if I canceled the original items, I would still be charged for delivery. Trying to communicate with the representative was incredibly frustrating. Terrible experience—avoid this company!
