If I could give zero stars, I would! There was a glitch with my order, adding the wrong size to my basket, which I didn’t realize until after payment. I contacted customer support to cancel but was told I had to accept the delivery and return it to request a refund. I received an email saying my order was delivered, but it hasn’t arrived! I informed them, but they claimed they had no record of my order. After providing evidence, they stopped responding. I'm extremely frustrated—this is unacceptable.
