We were welcomed by a guide at our arrival to Baltra and we were accompnied toll our departure 2 weeks later. Every step was planned and well executed. All guides were great and the cruise exceptional! Maria (coordinator) was always avalable for contact even late night and early morning. All our requests have been satisfied. Even during the trip itself we were able to modify the itinerary.On the improvement side: the agency booked the Royal Palm hotel for us in the highlands without prior consultation with us. When we wanted to change it (1 month before our arrival) it turned out to be very diffucult and costly. At the end, we stayed there 4 nights and it was always raining as the hotel is not on the sea shore but in the highlands. A bit disappointed. Overall we do recommend this agency for the quality of the guides and tours: they are very good. Also, on the last day we were offered one free tour to Seymour Norte, which was very good!
