The first thing to say is that this product is excellent. For years I had been using a fairly cheap garden centre type pop up gazebo to go to festivals and on the camp site or in the garden. Recently I had used gaffer tape and extra bracing to try and keep it going but enough was enough- we were off to Download so I invested in a Pro 40. Make no mistake this is in a completely different league to the cheap gazebos you can buy. There is a substantial aluminium frame and heavyweight canopy. The wall and canopy set alone weight about the same as my old complete gazebo. I bought the wheeled bag also and that alone is made from very heavy quality fabric. I put it up on my own but two people would be easier. I also bought four ratchet straps from Screwfix but actually Gala do them for a similar price on reflection. Erected at the Download festival I have to say I was delighted with it. With heavy screw in tent pegs secured with the straps there was no way this was moving. We had sporadic heavy rain and gusty winds for 4 days and I was 100% satisfied. One thing I would say is think about your usage. I was considering going for the top range full commercial Pro 60 but I was glad i didn’t because you need to pack in your car and move it etc so the Pro 40 was lighter cheaper and easier to manage. Watch the videos on the website as they are very good and have a go at negotiating the price a little either the salesman as I managed to get a bit of a discount on the phone. I thoroughly recommend this product.
