We ordered side walls for our 3 x 2 tent. They arrived the next day. Great!!But then a problem started ; the 3m wall zip would not zip to the 2m wall. Although the zips were the same lengths when flat on the floor, the moment we tried to join them together, they rasped instead of being smooth and the 2m wall zip started to get shorter as we progressed. Strange you might think but my daughter decided to count the teeth on the zips and the 3m had 27 more teeth than the 2m. They were obviously not the same zip. We rung Gala and they immediately sent out another 3m set of walls. We excitedly tried to put them together- oops - the same thing happened again.Finally, after two sets of 3m walls, Gala sent a complete set of 2m walls and 3m walls after they put them together in the warehouse. These 4 pieces were sent to us and “Eureka” we now have a fully working tent. We returned the surplus ones and to date, we are very very pleased. Thank you girls for your efforts and patience.
