This service sucks, I recommended it to one of my partners and they bought the life time membership. I setup to be an affiliate first and made sure the link i shared with her had my info in the url so that I could get the 30% referral fee that they stated that they pay to their affiliates. I jumped on the remote session and helped my partner complete the purchase process but i carefully watched as she stepped through the process. I noticed that once she went to pay that the site url completely changed and no longer had my details in the url. So I had her wait and i examined the url and even went as far as to manually try adding the parameter into the url and then had her try to pay and it errored. It errored because the devs who setup the galaxy ai platform did not setup the payment portion with stripe to use the url paramters like they should have. What does this mean ? This means that no matter what you do you will never see a dime from being an affiliate because until that next step is taken they have no way to track who referred anyone. My partner tried reaching out to them to make sure that they knew who referred her and they wanted nothing to do with it. Just wait it gets worse.... so i watched my partner attempt to make an 8 second video and they deducted 1.5 million credits from her and then 3 minutes into the process it errors out and says that it cant complete the video but never offers her the credits back at all. I reached out to their support and again they did not care and did not want to hear anything about it. DO NOT PURCHASE the Galaxy ai packages. Go to one of the other ai websites and purchase a legit package, if you want to know how to be able to tell if its legit or not, reach out to their customer service. If they care, then its legit, and if they dont then close the browser tab and find another ai service.
