I have found that the response time in answering a call which goes to Galaxy is very prompt. I speak to a person and feel that if help is needed it would be provided. I have had instances where the alarm has gone off and I am not aware of why that would be, but have never had an instance where I was made to feel bad about it. I now tie a knot in the cord and have not experienced many error calls since.
