I had a reply (after I should add many attempts to seek help) from Galibier and approximately 12 months from first communication,stating that I demanded a free replacement zip. What a falsehood !! Old E mails show Aug 2023 communication, and I have a letter from Susanne telling me that my jersey was 2yrs old and informed me that I would be charged, and I was very happy with this.So this is utterly false !! I liked my cycling jersey so much in terms of fit and weather proof that I wanted to offer them first dibs at replacing the zip1.Because their web site claimed this was a service offered2. I wanted it done properly with an OEM Vs generic zip.Money was NOT an issue.I have been on the GMC registration for 40 years with NO PROBITY issues so I take great offence at this accusation.Maleficient company who may be struggling ?Dr.G McV
