Very disappointed in customer service. Always liked galibier for there customer support however this has gone. Returned an item for exchange 5 days ago, heard nothing. I chased up as I was concerned it hadn’t arrived, emailed proof of postage, still nothing. I then have an email from Susanne, extremely unprofessional saying that they have been packing all day and if I’m not happy then good luck with another cycling brand!!! Still none the wiser with my exchange. Horrendous customer service in an industry where customer service is key
