Absolutely abysmal service. I had a video visit on 03/04/2026 and completed lab tests on 03/09/2026. It is now 03/21/2026, and I am STILL waiting for responses to my questions. In fact, they just informed me that if I want a response, I need to schedule a new appointment. WHAT?! So, there is no follow-up support at all. This place is a joke and a waste of money.
