I had an extremely bad experience with Saumic Craft, also operating as Crown Mart / Star Shopping Bonanza.
I was enrolled in their so-called Amazon Dropshipping & FBA Program after they promised Amazon.in & Amazon.com account setup, listings, training, inventory management, ads credit, and ongoing support. I paid multiple amounts over a period of time based on their assurances.
Unfortunately:
No promised services were delivered
I was given continuous excuses and false commitments
I was pressured into making additional payments by showing fake Amazon orders
Later, those orders were cancelled and I realized they were not genuine
My Amazon seller account was misused without my consent, leading to unauthorized charges
Refund requests were completely ignored
Despite months of follow-ups, there was zero accountability or transparency. This appears to be a well-planned operation to extract money from customers under false promises.
I have now escalated the matter through Cyber Crime authorities and legal channels with full documentation.

Please do thorough verification before dealing with this company. Do not trust verbal promises or marketing claims without written guarantees and verifiable proof.
