An email from the Georgia Lottery offered me $2 to play any online game. I opened their app and used the $2 in free play to purchase a ticket to play KENO ONLINE. I chose 10 numbers and was excited when I got 6 out of 10 correct. I checked the live online draw number against my ticket draw number and the were a perfect match. But 3 words appeared on the ticket saying: “NOT A WINNER” I called the Georgia Lottery and the first agent was openly RUDE. The second customer service agent literally hung up on me. The third agent was polite and appologized for their behavior took my email address and said she wrote up a ticket of my problem. I have heard nothing since. I wondered how many thousands of others online players have also been screwed like this.
