If I could give the app a 0, I would! The app NEVER works. It might work about 30% of the time. Very frustrating. Yes, I tried all the tech suggestions. As for the Lottery itself..maybe a 2? I only spend a few dollars a week, it's just for fun. I have won, maybe 8 dollars total..
